Terms of Service

1. Parties to the Agreement

This agreement is entered into between Zanini Services 2 Corp ('The Platform', 'Zanini Services'), registered in Florida with headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, and the Customer or Worker using the platform.

2. Subject of Agreement

Zanini Services operates a digital marketplace connecting clients with vetted home cleaning workers across Florida, facilitating scheduling, payment, and service quality management.

3. Scope of Services

Services provided include Residential Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Airbnb Turnover, Move-In / Move-Out, Commercial & Office Cleaning, and Luxury Estate Cleaning.

4. Customer Responsibilities — Cleaning Supplies

• All cleaning products, equipment (vacuum, mop, microfiber cloths), and solutions must be provided by the customer.
• This policy ensures maximum hygiene and prevents cross-contamination between properties.
• The customer is responsible for providing safe, non-expired products suitable for their specific surfaces (marble, hardwood, delicate finishes).

5. Allergy & Chemical Sensitivity Disclosure

• Customers must report any household allergies, asthma, chemical sensitivities, or medical conditions at the time of booking.
• Workers must also disclose known chemical allergies prior to accepting assignments.
• Workers reserve the right to decline assignments involving specific hazardous products or allergens without penalty.
• Zanini Services is exempt from liability for allergic reactions or irritations resulting from customer-provided supplies when safety protocols were followed.

6. Safety Standards & PPE (OSHA & IICRC S410)

• All workers must strictly adhere to safety standards (IICRC S410 Infection Control & OSHA guidelines).
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (gloves, masks, eye protection) is mandatory during chemical handling.
• Workers must ensure proper room ventilation during and after cleaning product application.

7. Access to Property

Customers must provide accurate access instructions (gate codes, lockbox, alarm, parking) before the appointment. Unsecured pets must be safely contained.

8. Pricing & Payments

Payments are processed securely online at the time of booking. Pricing varies by geographic zone, property size tier, and selected add-ons. Final pricing is confirmed prior to payment.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee ('Zanini Promise')

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, contact us within 24 hours. We will re-assign a worker to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas at no extra cost.

10. Ratings & Quality Control

Customers can rate workers (1–5 stars) after each service. Workers maintaining an average rating below 4.0 stars are subject to performance review.

11. Data Protection & Confidentiality

We protect user personal data according to Florida and US privacy laws (FIPA, CCPA). Confidentiality regarding property details and access info is strictly maintained.

12. Exclusivity & Direct Hiring Prohibition

Customers and workers agree not to solicit or accept direct off-platform cleaning arrangements without explicit written authorization from Zanini Services.

13. Term & Termination

This agreement is effective upon digital acceptance. Zanini Services reserves the right to terminate accounts for breach of conduct, safety violations, or fraud.

14. Liability & Insurance

Zanini Services maintains general liability insurance covering property damage up to policy limits. Total financial liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

15. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within the grace period receive a full refund according to our published Cancellation Policy.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through direct communication with platform support or formal mediation before pursuing legal recourse.

17. Prohibited Hazardous Products

Customers must disclose if products contain hazardous chemicals (concentrated acids, ammonia, industrial bleach) so workers can take mandatory safety precautions.

18. Modifications to Terms

Zanini Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with venue in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
